Empowering Males to Build Opportunities for Developing Independence

EMBODI is a national initiative of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., created to address the needs and challenges of African American and other young men of color. The program focuses on encouraging personal and academic success, leadership development, and positive decision-making through mentorship, life skills training, and community engagement. EMBODI is designed to inspire young men to realize their full potential and become productive, responsible citizens. Starting in Fall 2025, the Lubbock Alumnae Chapter will proudly launch our EMBODI program in partnership with local organizations committed to youth development. Together, we will provide meaningful programming and mentorship opportunities that are relevant, empowering, and impactful for the young men in our community.
